Prayer for Israel

Lord, You have told us repeatedly in Your word that You will bless those who bless Israel (the apple of Your eye). Therefore, in accordance to Your will, we pray for people to be placed in political offices worldwide who will give favor to Your chosen people. Let righteous people of Your integrity be placed in political offices and dwell in them forever (Psalm 37:29) so that Israel can be defended from those who rise up to do her harm (Psalm 59:1).
Father, pull Israel out of every net that has been laid out for them (Psalm 31:4). Heavenly Lord, we know that You are in control and will not allow the righteous to be destroyed with the wicked (Genesis 18:23).  Therefore in the name of Your Son Jesus, we ask You to reveal all plans of those who are against Your chosen people.  Bring the enemies of Your beloved to confusion (1 Samuel 7:10).  As it is written in Matthew 10:26, bring all hidden things to light.
Lord, as political turmoil is spreading worldwide we ask You to fill vacant positions and be in every election so that Your people will be preserved, covered and protected (Psalm 121).  Dispatch Your angels around those offices so that people of integrity will inherit them (Psalm 91). We know that only You Lord have the power to help and to overthrow (2 Chronicles 25:8). Please do not let the wicked be shown partiality in elections, nor overthrow the righteous from political offices (Proverbs 18:5).
You alone are God over every position, office and leader. Thank You for working so that wickedness will come to an end in areas where it has long reigned (Psalm 7:9). Only You can cast down those who rise up against Your Israel so Israel’s enemies cannot rise again (Psalm 36:12).
Father, You have told us that Israel will always have troubles and people will come against them, but Lord we ask that none of those who are coming against Your people will arise from our nation. We want to be blessed, dear Lord, and so we are asking our political leaders to bless Israel. Thank You for always hearing our prayers and working as only Your mighty power can. In Jesus’ holy name we pray,
Amen.

How to get to heaven

Do you know what it means to be a Christian?

The Bible says:

1. God created you to have a relationship with Him. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him. (Genesis 1:27)

2. But because of sin, you have infinitely offended God. For all have sinned and fall short of God’s glorious standard. (Romans 3:23)

3. This offense of sin carries with it a present separation and, if not dealt with, the ultimate separation of death. But your iniquities have separated you from your God. (Isaiah 59:2) For the wages of sin is death. (Romans 6:23)

4. But God, in His great love for you, took the initiative to restore your relationship with him. But God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

5. Jesus, God’s Son, removed the offense of your sin and made reconciliation possible. For He (God) made Him (Jesus) who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

6. OUR PART is to accept God’s gracious gift of forgiveness by embracing His Son Jesus Christ, by faith. God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. (1 John 5:11-12)

One way to express your faith and your trust in Jesus is with a prayer like this:

Dear God, I want to be in a right relationship with You. I understand that I have offended You by my sin. God, please forgive me. Forgive me through Your Son, Jesus. I accept His sacrifice for me. I trust Him right now as my personal Savior from sin. God, thank you for taking the initiative to save me. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
